Frequently asked questions
Is the capital real?
Challenge and funded accounts run on a simulated environment. Payouts are paid by the firm based on the performance of your funded account.
Which currencies can I pay in?
For now we accept USDT only, on Tron (TRC20), BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) or Solana (SPL), through NOWPayments. Card payments in USD, AED and INR are coming soon.
When do I need to complete KYC?
You can buy and trade a challenge right away. KYC must be approved before any withdrawal is processed.
How do withdrawals work?
Once funded, request a withdrawal from your dashboard. Our team reviews it and pays by bank transfer, UPI or USDT.
What happens if I break a rule?
Breaching the daily or total loss limit ends the challenge. Not meeting any other rule of your challenge or program also ends it. You can start a new one at any time.
